Membership & Agreement Structure
All levels of membership are by invitation only. Fox Lennox Limited has three levels of Membership:
- Red Members – Passive Membership
- Silver Members
- Snow Members
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Members as follows:
All the provisions of these Terms and Conditions apply to Members who register with Fox Lennox.
Red Members register with Fox Lennox and are obliged to accept, amongst other provisions, all these terms (which deal specifically with confidential matters) as a condition of becoming Red Members.
Rules of Membership
Fox Lennox’s reputation for confidentially, transparency and trust are fundamental to the services that Fox Lennox provides to all Members.
You represent and confirm that you:
- Are single or are separated from your spouse.
- Have provided details that are true, accurate and complete.
- Are looking for a relationship.
- Do not have any criminal convictions that you have not disclosed to Fox Lennox.
You must not:
- Do anything that deliberately or recklessly prejudices the Agency’s reputation or the reputation of any other Member. This includes but is not limited to making disparaging statements about the Agency or any other member.
- Disclose Confidential Information to any Third Party and you will take the utmost care to keep Confidential Information secure and protected and to ensure that you do not inadvertently disclose Confidential Information.
- Cause a nuisance, inconvenience or anxiety to any other Member or employee of the Agency or contact them following a request not to do so.
- Act in an abusive, threatening, harassing, obscene, libellous, offensive, sexist, racist or discriminatory manner towards any other Member or employee of the Agency.
- Do anything which restricts or inhibits anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Agency’s services.
- Impersonate another person.
- Use the Agency’s services for any commercial purpose including promoting or appearing to promote products or services to another Member.
- Supply us with any photograph or other material the copyright in which is owned by a Third Party unless you have their written permission for such photograph or other material to be used for this purpose.
- Withhold key information from Fox Lennox that would reasonably be considered significant for matchmaking purposes (e.g., details of dependent children, bankruptcy, health issues etc).
- Unreasonably decline Matches suggested by Fox Lennox.
Without prejudice to all other rights and remedies, Fox Lennox may at its discretion decide to terminate this Agreement at any time immediately and without notice to you if the following events occur:
- Any of the confirmations, or any other information you provided to Fox Lennox are materially inaccurate or misleading,
- A sufficiently serious breach of any obligation above.
The Member’s failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement, inappropriate behaviour, or any other conduct that the Agency deems inconsistent with its values and standards.
The Services
- Fox Lennox will not disclose any information about you to any party not engaged in providing the Services without your explicit consent.
- You should respond to communications from Fox Lennox in a timely manner.
- Requests for membership Hold must be submitted in writing to Fox Lennox and agreed by receipt.
- You will inform Fox Lennox of any Relationship that occurs as a result of an Introduction or otherwise and this Agreement will be placed on Hold during any period that you are in a Relationship.
- You should make any request to end any period of Hold in writing and allow Fox Lennox up to 14 days to process your request. Fox Lennox may place your membership on Hold during the period of any investigation Fox Lennox may have to make if Fox Lennox discovers any anomalies in information, you supplied or following a complaint from another Member.
- You will inform Fox Lennox of any changes to your Details as soon as possible.
- You can terminate your Membership at any time for any reason by giving written notice to Fox Lennox. Termination does not entitle you to any refund or rebate of the Fees.
Fox Lennox endeavours to present matches that are compatible with you. You understand and accept that some Parameters are subjective. You agree to give reasonable consideration to Matches suggested by Fox Lennox. If you consistently decline to meet Matches recommended by Fox Lennox even though the Matches meet the Parameters previously agreed, Fox Lennox reserves the right to proportionately reduce the number of Introductions that Fox Lennox is expected to provide to you.
Fox Lennox reserves the right to perform background checks on you including but not limited to checking identification through a third-party provider or public records.
Limits on Fox Lennox’s Responsibility
Fox Lennox does not carry out clinical psychological assessments of its Members and therefore cannot guarantee the emotional or mental wellbeing of Matches presented to you.
Fox Lennox relies on the honesty of Members in the collection of Members’ Details and respects Members’ privacy. Accordingly, whilst in some cases basic background checks are carried out as a safeguard, Fox Lennox is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies or false information in any Members Profile provided to you, including but not limited to marital status.
You acknowledge that Fox Lennox cannot control the response other Members may have to your Details or the feedback that Fox Lennox may receive from another Member following an Introduction.
Fox Lennox is not responsible for your interaction with other Members or for the behaviour, conduct or actions of any Member. Fox Lennox does not carry out police checks of its Members.
You must always take sensible precautions before agreeing to meet with another Member (including arranging any meeting in a public place, telling a friend where you are going and not giving out your personal information until you are comfortable doing so). If you travel to meet another Member, this is entirely at your own risk.
Fox Lennox has no responsibility to mediate in personal disputes which may arise between Members.
You indemnify, and undertake to keep indemnified, throughout the Term, and for a period of 3 years following termination or expiry of this Agreement, Fox Lennox, our employees and directors against all losses, damages, costs, claims, expenses, actions, or demands including legal fees arising out of any material breach of this Agreement by you.
